Hi:
I'm having a problem configuring v5.10.00 on an intel-based macbook
with OS X leopard. I acquired the code via an SVN checkout, then
./configure macosx --with-x11-libdir=/usr/X11/lib
Configuring for macosx
Checking for libX11 ... /usr/X11/lib
Checking for X11/Xlib.h ... no
configure: X11 headers (package x11-devel) MUST be installed
I think that the file that the script is looking for is /usr/X11/lib/
libX11.dylib, but ... I've tried all relevant permutations of the ./
configure command.
Any suggestions?
