Warning in <TH1D::Fit>: Abnormal termination of minimization.

Hi ,

  I am using root version 5.14 .
I am trying to fit a histogram with exponential function. But I am not getting proper fit distribution. when I run the macro I get message as

I am attaching the distribution with fit I got and the macro which I am running.
