Problem building shared library

Hi,

I'm trying to build a shared library with ACLiC. Running:

root [0] .L Process.cc+
Info in <TUnixSystem::ACLiC>: creating shared library /Users/ jamesjackson/Documents/Development/TracklessQuickTest/DiEmAnalysis/./ Process_cc.so
sh: /bin/rootcint: No such file or directory <snip>

rootcint is present, just under another directory:

james-jacksons-macbook-pro:~ jamesjackson$ which rootcint /usr/local/bin/rootcint

I built from source (5.20/00) and installed with --prefix=/usr/local, so something appears to have got confused in the configuration. Is there any way I can tell ROOT where to look for rootcint?
