Hi Antonio,

hmm, and again the most important parts are missing; the log cuts several lines off far too early. Nevertheless, it seems to be a release build.

But I'll go on asking questions: do you use ROOT from a cmd ("terminal") or from within the IDE (MS Visual Studio)? Can you try to start it from the Visual Studio Command Prompt (start menu / programs under Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, Tools)?

Which exact ROOT version do you use - the MSI for v5.22?

Which version of Windows do you use?

These errors are so annoyingly difficult to debug - MS could have really helped us a bit by providing a bit more information :-( Can you send me the output of the dependency walker, zipped, or put it somewhere if it's still too big so I can download it?
