Miniut Program

Hi 

   I want to know whether miniut minimization program is available in root. I want to minimize three parameters a­i in given equation
 



Y(x) = Σ  a­i
*√x *exp (bi*x – ci *√x –di)

  i = 1 to 3

I have data for y(x) and x. Other values are known to me expect so i want to get by using miniut so can someone tell me how to define this function in minuit.
