Hi,

There is no option allowing to draw a 2d histogram (TH2) with a single marker in each bin center. A such option would not be very useful to show what the bin content is. The only case I can see would be to show if a bin has been touched or not. To do that you can use the options COL or BOX. I case I did not answer your question please send me a small running macro showing what you would like to achieve.

Cheers,

Hej Rooters,

thank you for your last few responses. They helped me to fix those issues. However, after looking in the reference guide as well as in the users guide I wasn't able to figure out how to do the following: I want to draw simple 2D histograms without error bars but with a marker at the center of each bin. Whenever i use the option "p", then the histogram lines are gone and are replaced by the marker. Is there any other way than drawing the histogram twice? Thank you very much for your support, Best regards, Stephan Zimmer   Received on Tue Sep 22 2009 - 10:01:07 CEST
