see TPfile::BuildOptions or/and TProfile::SetErrorOption http://root.cern.ch/root/html/TProfile.html#TProfile:BuildOptions http://root.cern.ch/root/html/TProfile.html#TProfile:SetErrorOption

ie, specify option "s" in the constructor or later with SetErrorOption.
