Yes, libFFTW.dll is the ROOT dll, but it depends on libfftw3-3.dll, which is an external package, not part of the ROOT distribution. To be able to use FFTW on Windows, you have to install FFTW from this location: http://www.fftw.org/

Thanks, but installing version 5.26 the libFFTW comes with it. I checked, the libFFTW does exist on my computer but for some reason it failes to load dynamic link.

Now I am trying to download v.5.26 for cygwin and I would appreciate any hint if somebody has doen it.
