histogram (TH1F) fit for unknown distribution pattern

ROOTers,
Have the attached distribution histogram data files generated by root* and want to fit them but none of the predefined types seems to match the distribution pattern.

Question 1: Can one tell me what kind of distribution they are? (E.g. c1.C is approx. Gaussian but fail in the tails) Question 2: Template for fitting the two histograms (most probably a user-defined functions)

*Uses root version 5.26/00 under OS SL52 environment (64Bit Quad) Regards, Ian
