Dear Raghava Varma,

the segfault seems to appear in the method PDEFoam. To avoid this temporarily, deactivate PDEFoam by setting

    Use["PDEFoam"] = 0;

in your classification macro.

However, such errors should not appear. Could you please send a minimal exapmle, which reproduces this bug, to the TMVA mailing list (see tmva.sourceforge.net)?
