eh, AFAICS, RooCmdArg does not have a Range() member function, so by definition if it doesn't exist, it can't be called. I did find a global function Range() that returns a RooCmdArg (i.e., in python ROOT.RooFit.Range() ).

Can you give more details of what you're trying to do? I'm not a RooFit expert, but perhaps someone else on the list may know.
