Error in <TWinNTSystem::Unable to find' for reading:>: E:\root\bin \*

I try to run ROOT in the window 7, but got the following message when open the prompt.

Error in <TWinNTSystem::Unable to find' for reading:>: E:\root\bin \*

This did not happen when using XP system.
