clib sources

I am searching for Win32-enabled mmalloc library and seem to have found one in your repository
(https://root.cern.ch/svn/root/trunk/core/clib). Unfortunately Win32 part w.r.t memory-mapped files (mmapsup.c) is still broken. Can anyone tell me where these sources come from? Is there any upstream that accepts patches?
