Overriding style of a histogram saved in a file

Hello ROOTers

The collaboration I work with kindly provides a ROOT macro to set standard plot styles. In my particular setup, I have my initialization macro call this style macro, so that all my plots come out the way my fellow workers expect them. However, when I open up a ROOT file with a histogram made with a different style, the style macro is not able to override whatever (ugly) style the histogram was made with. I attach here four objects:

  1. A ROOT file containing a test histogram
  2. The style macro
  3. A macro to reproduce the problems (calls the style macro)
  4. A PNG showing the results

Is there any way to make my style override the style the histogram was saved with?

Best regards,
Thiago
