Re: Announcing ROOT v5.30.00-rc1...

Dear Fons,

Yesterday I have downloaded the source code root_v5.30.00-rc2.source.tar.gz and have already tested it on my Mac. Everything seems to work ok.

However, I need to test the new version also on Windows XP and realized that the binary root_v5.30.00-rc2.win32.vc90.msi does not yet exist. Do you intend to provide this binary?

It is especially important that the final version will be available as binary root_v5.30.00.win32.vc90.msi since this will be the version which will be installed on the Bioconductor servers and users of my Bioconductor package will download.
