Hi,

This means that one of the branch that is part of the output TTree (i.e. it was also likely part of the first TTree) is _not_ part of the file that is mentioned. In other word, in B2KstY_Detached_NTUPLES.root the TTree does not have the branch Sigma_c_REFITTED_MASS (or at least the spelling is different enough (trailing dot?) to not match).

If this is not the case then something unexpected is happening and I would need at least of the original files to try to reproduce the problem.
