Hello Andrei and ROOTers,
I am looking for a simple solution to use multiple TGeoManager in a single program which simulates optical photon propagation and an array of ground-based Cherenkov telescopes. Due to a historical reason of the original program written by another person, I need to define each telescope geometry with an instance of TGeoManager. But as you know, TGeoManager or its derived class must be singleton.
The HTML document says that "The mechanism of handling multiple geometries at the same time will be soon implemented.", but 9 years have past...
http://root.cern.ch/viewcvs/trunk/geom/geom/src/TGeoManager.cxx?revision=4956&view=markup
I would like to know if there is any simple solution to use multiple TGeoManager.
Regards,
