http not ftp link for ROOT source tar ball ?

Hi,

Is there an http: link to download the source code for ROOT.

http://root.cern.ch/drupal/content/root-version-v5-30-00-patch-release-notes

only mentions ftp and svn. ( If you are wondering why I care, the MacPorts buildbot system requires http links, not ftp).
