Did you install the latest Xcode 4.3 on you machine? If so you need to install, seperately, the command line tools, like compiler etc. In Xcode 4.3 go to Preferences/Downloads and make sure that "Command Line Tools" are downloaded. That will give you the official clang++ compiler.
