New User's Guide versioning scheme?

Hello,

Is there any versioning scheme for the new User's Guide?

As for now I can't find any version information in download path or PDF itself: http://root.cern.ch/download/doc/ROOTUsersGuide.pdf

While this approach may be good for online browsing, it is a pain for distributions or offline work: there is no way to keep an eye on documentation updates and each file update may be mishandled as a corruption.
