If you have a local root installation you can also generate the docs yourself from the sources using:
$> cd $ROOTSYS (might not be needed)
$> root -l
root [1] html = THtml()
root [2] html.MakeAll()

This will put all the docs including the index page in the htmldoc folder under $ROOTSYS.
