With version 0.90, you cannot set the include path. This feature
will be available in version 1.0 that we expect to release
end of March. We will make available beta-tests of version 1
in the coming weeks.

CWN with indexed variables should work. As announced on the Web pages,
we may still have some pathological cases not supported.
Please communicate with me directly for this item. I will need
access to a small hbook file to reproduce the problem.
