Hi, After some correspondence with Rene, I understand that this is `normal' behaviour for a pave with the transparent attribute set, but the problem with this is, although one can grab the sides or corners to resize the object, one can't *move* the pave since the middle can't be selected with the mouse any more. I suppose there isn't *really* an alternative except perhaps binding eg the right mouse button when on a pave-edge to give a fvwm-style window-ops menu, although I don't know how much work that would be. Thanks anyway, Chris. BTW this is 1.01/4 for linux with lesstif-0.79, fwvm2 as window manager. > > Valery > ================================================================= > Dr. Valery Fine Telex : 911621 dubna su > ----------- > LCTA/Joint Inst.for NuclearRes Phone : +7 09621 6 40 80 > 141980 Dubna, Moscow region Fax : +7 09621 6 51 45 > Russia mailto:fine@main1.jinr.dubna.su > > Dr. Valeri Faine > ------------ Phone: +41 22 767 6468 > CERN FAX : +41 22 767 7910 > CH-1211 Geneva, 23 mailto:fine@mail.cern.ch > Switzerland http://nicewww.cern.ch/~fine > >
