  It is available for all CERN "NICE NT" and "NICE 95" users and
guest on site via the

     "9 - Physics -> Experiments -> NA49 ROOT"

  "NICE" Menu.

  To set the "NICE Menu", just go to your "Control Panel"
  Select:
    
     "CERN Settings" -> "Start Menu" -> "9 - Physics" -> Ok
