Hi Jarek, if you use cmz to build ROOT the GL library will be automatically build as soon as you define the shell variable $OPENGL. For example: export OPENGL=~/Mesa where ~/Mesa is the directory containing the Mesa include and lib directories. So first build Mesa, set OPENGL and recompile ROOT. Cheers, Fons.
