Hi William,

   one is compiled with the old HP CC compiler while the other with
the new aCC ("ANSI" C++) compiler. If your users use still the old CC
compiler install the CC version otherwise use the aCC one. You of course
can install both and the user can decide which one to use depending
on how he compiles his own classes (just set ROOTSYS to point to the
desired version). Both version are build from the exact same codebase.
