    Very likely one has to LOAD the Dynamic Library with that
    package. For example try first this "ROOT" command

    root>  gSystem.Load("Root_Matrix.dll");

  What kind of the "prescription" you meant. Windows NT comes with
OpenGL inside and one needs NO extra effort to use it. (I know NO
presciption at all for Windows NT but 95).

  I suspect you did apply the "Windows 95 prescription" on Windows NT
                               ==========                  ==========
and this way you did corrupt you NT OpenGL environment yourself.

  Another reason for this message the "ROOT_RGL.DLL" was missed.

  Please check,
          With my best regards,
                                            Valery
