	Hello,

just to let people know: I managed to make G2ROOT running on IRIX6.2.
Frankly, it took almost nothing because IRIX 6.2 fortran compiler appeared
to be smart enough to support reentrant calls.
To link G2ROOT executable I used CERN 97a libraries distributed by CERN - it
also appeared to be enough.

To make sure that it runs, I converted GEANT3 description of CDF detector
geometry into ROOT format and was able to display the results
(a'la tutorials/na49view.C) - this says that at least at some level
the tool is working.

Now we need to figure if we want G2ROOT for IRIX 6.2 to be distributed in a
centralized way.

					Regards, Pasha.

P.S. naively, I'd expect it to work on all the IRIX's 6.x.
