This cannot work in split mode. In your example, everything from level 1 downwards must be in one single branch. The split at level 2 can only work if the items in the TClonesArray are really clones. They cannot themselves have a dynamic structure. But, you can have several branches at level 1 in the same Tree. Rene Brun
