Thanks, When you write your histograms on the Root file, one key is created for each histogram. The name of the key is the name of the histogram. I am curious to know how the cycles have been generated. Do you have an example of the macro generating the histograms from the ntuple? About the 4500 objects, you should structure your histograms into directories/subdirectories for a more convenient use of the browser. Rene Brun
