I'm almost sure that your code contains cycle with memory allocation/deallocation and you don't free all allocated memory. Check that each 'new' operator has appropriate 'delete' operator. P.S. I work with Linux+ROOT on the next hardware: Intel 486 processor, 16M RAM. P.P.S.
