Hi,
  While I agree in principle, ie, that supplied contrib code should be 
both unix (of some sort) and NT, but, for here at least that produces
a pratical problem of not having any NT systems to try this on.  I
think you might limit your contrib archive if you only accept
submissions from people who have access to both.
