Such unresolved references seem to origin from libstrm.cxx 
in CINT (but only for SUN platform). 
Try to recompile CINT using fakestrm.cxx instead
and try again using the new libCint.so. 
This worked not only in my case on SunOS 4.1.1.,
but also for Damir Buskulic some weeks ago
