Hi Xie,
Indeed "right-click" means right mouse button when he cursor is placed
on the histogram.
However, (at least under windows95) in the first menu you see you
have to select "properties" and only then you will get the menu
containing the "Drawpanel" etc....
If you don't see the "Drawpanel" in your case, you'll have to ask
the real ROOT specialists what the reason might be. It works in my case
(i.e. ROOT 2.00/08 under windows95).
