Andy,
The GUI classes are not available yet under NT, but they
are provided on all Unix systems (and VMS).
The UI on NT is still based on the old Root UI.
See the release notes of version 2.00/00 for more info.

It would be nice, obviously, to have these classes also
under NT. Once they are, we should be able to convert
the existing DrawPanel, Fitpanel, etc to the new style.

I cannot give a timescale today for the GUI on NT.
