I am forwarding you two numbers. Those were gotten with
one and the same version of ROOT with one and the same PC.
The only difference is the screen color resolution. I think
the NT people will be interested.
1280 x 1024 x 256 colors = 75.92 ROOTmarks
1280 x 1024 x 64K colors = 57.11 ROOTmarks
