Event Display Demonstration

Good Day,

I've created a fully functional demonstration of a ROOT graphical event
display. Available at:
http://physics.valpo.edu/staff/pnord/e614/eventdisplaydemo/

I hope that these routines might be a useful starting point for persons wishing
to create an event display using ROOT. ATLAS (and many others) have nice
examples of event displays. But getting all the necessary libraries and data
to interact with their displays would be quite a chore. This demo will at
least do something all on its own.

My thanks to the creators of the ATLAS display (and any others) from whom I
have copied a great deal of this code.

Many thanks also the Fons Rademakers and Rene Brun for their efforts
developing ROOT, for taking time to review these routines, and for creating
the linux and hpux Makefiles.

This demonstration version will get no further updates. Like the
display routines for other experiments, the "real" version of our
display has already diverged enough from this demo to prevent easy
resynchronization. Share and enjoy.
