Gunay, I do not have direct control of the ftp server. The ftp server is located in CERN and under control of Fons. Maybe he is very busy or away from CERN now. Exposion of new Cint revision is done in following manner. 1) I send the source package to CERN and ask Fons to test and expose. 2) Fons integrates ROOT and new CINT, does some test. 3) After the test, the new version is exposed by Fons.
