Hi Damir,
in your .rootrc file, add the statements:

# THtml specific settings.
Root.Html.OutputDir:         html/
Root.Html.Author:           Damir Buskulic
Root.Html.Root:             http://root.cern.ch/root/html
Root.Html.SearchEngine:     ../Search.phtml
