Hello, I'm new to Root and I have a more general question: Does root implement a way to call an objects function over the net ? I read the Overview and got the impression that root only supports sending complete objects over the net. But i would like to start certain tasks over the net on other machines without having havin to define commands for sending over a TSocket as ascii. I think it would be nice to be able to use the objects functions directly. I would appreciate any clearence ... Michael Heldmann
