At the moment there is no way to deselect the *MENU selected methods of
base classes. You of course can always make your own TGPopuMenu. To see
how that is done start looking at the source for the Browser and the
ContextMenu:

$ROOTSYS/src/GUI_RootBrowser.cxx
$ROOTSYS/src/GUI_RootContextMenu.cxx
