Hi Otto, Yes I did follow the instructions setting ROOTSYS and LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I did check to see if I have set them correctly. I am still getting the same error whether I set LD_LIBRARY_PATH or not. I also tried including /lib:/usr/lib in LB_LIBRARY_PATH and it didn't help. Is the symbol _register_frame_info a root symbol? Maybe it is in a shared library I don't have.
