Hi Nobuyuki,

   I am sorry to say that the ROOT GUI classes, and thus dialogs.C, are
currently
only supported on X11 and not Win32.See note at bottom of 
http://root.cern.ch/root/HowtoGUI.html.

We are still looking for help in this area.

Any volunteers?
