Hi Rene, It seems to be entirely my problem - I had to recompile the v2.21/08 distribution and there seemed to be errors while building h2root. So I ended up with the h2root coming from binary distribution built with different compiler, I guess. After rebuilding h2root cleanly, the problem disappeared.
