you can check several things:

- make sure that libCint.so contains this symbol:

/usr/people/murat>nm $ROOTSYS/lib/libCint.so | grep G__cpp_setupG__stream
00106c64 T G__cpp_setupG__stream

- make sure that $LD_LIBRARY_PATH includes $ROOTSYS/lib
- make sure that when you link rootcint , you tell linker to use libCint.so
