I've had the same problem as Mark Bracey downloading the new version for NT. I've investigated both of Valeri Fine's fixes. There doesn't seem to be a problem with the title... it reads "root_v2_22_x86_Windows_NT_tar.tar". It doesn't actually say on the website what the name of the file actually is, but I did use Netscape. And I have the latest version of WinZip. The error comes up immediately after attempting to unzip and reads "Error reading header after processing 0 entries". -Matt Fritts
