I've tested this. You can try this too, just type ".Class ifstream" to get
the list of all methods for this class provided.
I found CINT doesn't provide any method ifstream::seekg for
Windows NT. However it does under UNIX.
I'd like to mention Microsoft Visial C++ itself does provide
this method, this means one can use it from the "compiled" class.
I hope Masahura Goto may comment this soon.
At least problem is not trivial.
