It's there already. However, due to an error in our html generator it is
not correctly in the web based reference guide (const is not printed).

So how do you get trouble?

root [0] const char *a = "aap"
root [1] TString s(a)
root [2] s.Data()
(char* 0x85bd27c)"aap"
