Is there any reason why the array pointer to
the constructor and "Set" operation for the TArray
family are not "const" ??

Initializing the contents of a TVector is painful,
I would not mind a TVector(Int_t n, const Float_t *array)
constructor and a "Set" and "GetArray" like in TArray.
