TROOT problem with "Example of a Minimization program"

Hi Rooters,

I am new to ROOT and I have a problem with the "Example of a Minimization 
program".
I tried a few other examples with TROOT objects and the results are always the 
same. The error message is as following:

I think there is an easy solution, but I can't find my mistake.
